No raw audio storage
Ashareeri does not store the raw audio of your meetings. Audio is only processed transiently in memory to generate the transcript, and is never written to disk or retained after the session ends.
Data retention on your terms
Transcripts and AI-derived insights are retained for 30 days by default. When you delete a session or your account, all associated content is permanently purged from our primary databases.
Enterprise-grade infrastructure
Ashareeri is hosted securely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols, and passwords are comprehensively hashed to prevent unauthorized access.
We don't train on your data
Ashareeri does not use your identifiable Customer Content, transcripts, or AI-derived insights to train any public or general-purpose AI models. Your proprietary context remains yours.
